How do I fix this? We just got a new laptop with windows 7 and I assume the windows media player is windows media player I've been trying to add songs to my mp3 player.
After I rip the songs off of the cd, I am unable to drag and drop them into my playlist. When I drag a song it shows a picture of the cd cover, with the words "track one" on it, and a red circle with a slash though it. It won't let me drop it. I have never had a problem using media player before on our other computer.
