Am I missing a step in filling out the form fields? I've just been setting the text value. Is there something else that I need to do to get the font to be sized correctly?
Hi, Thank you for using Syncfusion product. Font size is inconsistent with size. I am afraid that I was not able to reproduce the issue. Please refer to the following steps that I tried to reproduce it. Load the PDF document 1. Fill the text field 2. Save the PDF document I have created a simple sample to test this issue and it is available in the following link.
Regards, Suba. I have attached a ZIP file with a sample PDF document and two graphic images taken from screenshots showing the larger and smaller text sizes in the form field. In the PDF document, scroll to the top of Page 3 and look at the blank in the document where there is an underline after the word "between" -- the text in the blank is "Northern Auto Traders".
Now click in the form field to edit it -- notice how the size of the text is smaller. If you do not change the text, it will revert back to the large size. Remember me. Log in. Hello to all, I am having some problems trying to fill in a PDF that is both interactive and non-interactive.
It still works for me in Preview 8. Is there something unusual about that particular document, Fitz? Having the same problem. It only sets the font for standalone text elements added to the page, but not form fields.
But I need to change the size of text within a fillable form field. My problem is that the fonts float above the line provided making it difficult to read in areas where there is text above the fill-in space. I am having the exact same problem.
Is there no way to adjust the preset form fields. The presets force the lettering down into the lines and I cannot bring them up. As a result, once the document is printed, you can hardly read some of the input text.

You can only make changes to certain forms with Adobe Acrobat Pro: If the form was created in LiveCycle Designer, you cannot change the field properties in Acrobat. Also, if the file is protected with security settings, you will need the password to make changes.
Thank you both for your replies! It was a bit cumbersome because I couldn't select multiple form fields from more than one page.
